I'd normally say stay out of it but I kind of want to hear more. I say tell her

yeah stir the pot. This story could give me something to do during office down time over the holidays.

I don't disagree with "mind your own business" advice, but you have to say something.....she asked you for assistance. it would be rude to ignore a friend (assuming she could be considered that?). you could just play it off as not a big deal, but it's wild that a marriage has already ended over this whole thing.

Don't tell her. Because if you do, she'll confront him and he'll talk his way out of it and since she's naive, she'll believe him and it will all somehow fall back on you.

This dude nailed it! Exactly!

Side with the husband's hacker story or shoot this old bird straight?

Neither. Teach her how to spell and use punctuation instead.

My coworker is a simple, sweet, but kinda kooky older lady nearing retirement (no pics - you dont want to see anyways).

Now this makes it 100% obvious it wasn’t a hack. Sent from his phone and to his female coworkers. Still not sure I would get involved on your own. If she outright asks I may offer up an opinion. Depending on the husband’s work he may soon be retiring early.

I think the other men were the husbands of the female coworkers and of the other women this lady’s husband texted.

She's currently convinced it is a foreign actor with hooks into her hubbies phone because all this came up amidst "all these Chinese drones in our country".

That’s what I’d say. Probably Russians.
