Somebody should've have told him he obviously isn't a vampire because it was daylight then proceeded to kick his arse. But, it's New York.

this person just needs to be euthanized. he's obviously insane, serves no purpose to humanity, and is probably a danger to society.

instead he will pay a $200 fine and spend a few weeks in a mental institution before being let back on the streets.
