If you’re interested in a second opinion or any clinical trials I strongly recommend Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. There’s also a program called Grand Rounds that offers a written second opinion but unfortunately isn’t covered by insurance

Meat I hate to hear this. From the bottom of my heart, I offer may many prayers.
Give the fight your all .. let others help you ... go to the ends of the earth to get this treated. And live your family with all that you have

What testicular cancer do you have? 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Embryo Carcenoma. Right testicle and spread to limp nodes. Sounds same as u.
I still remember the chemo names: Cisplatin, VP-16, and bleomycn (sp?)
3 3 week chemo cycles. Literally kicked my arse. Fine line between killing the cancer and killing me. Blood counts went so low I had two transfusions.
Prayers sent….

Keep fighting the good fight. I had the wind knocked out of my sails at the end of February. What I thought was going to be kidney stones, turned out to be a massive tumor on my right kidney. It had taken over the whole damn thing. I went from one Friday of having two, to the next of having only one. Tumor was malignant, but thankfully the lymph nodes(4) they removed were clear. Diagnosed it as a Grade III. 80% was clear cell renal carcinoma, 20% had rhabdoid components. Now, I have to get CT scans every three months for the next three years to check. Chances of it coming back are VERY real. Immunotherapy will be the treatment, since renal cancer doesn’t respond to chemo.

Damn brother. That is what I had. 8 years clean. Caught mine very early and salvaged most of my kidney. For the readers, get your screenings and go to the Dr when something is off. It will save your life as most cancers are treatable when caught early.

If you don't mind me asking, did you get a covid vaccine after going into remission?
