Didn’t know about what?

How gravity, wind, and sheer cliffs are a dangerous mix without proper precaution?

One: “I believe I can fly......I believe I can touch the skyyyy”

Two: “ frick frick frick...

You don't get it. It would have been one bad arse selfie if he wouldn't have fallen.

Years ago I watched a group of Japanese tourists try to pet bison in Yellowstone. They were squealing with laughter the entire time.

Nice, easy snack for a Great White passing through.

This story is fake because Australia doesn't even exist. I read a flat earth theory thread here once.

Oh it exists. Just not where they want you to think and it’s not really a “real” country.

Yosemite gets them at the falls. People think they can walk into the moving water.

My personal favorite is when people are getting pic taken at edge of grand canyon. One more step back.....

Most of the international students I came across back in the day weren’t exactly known for their common sense. Seems to still be the case.

I saw a German guy step over a guard rail at the Grand Canyon and walk right up to the edge to take a picture. He was wearing Bermuda shorts, sandals with black dress socks, and singing "home, home on ze range."

Kentucky has a state park called Natural Bridge that has some tall cliffs. One of them is nicknamed the Buckeye Leap. A rock tower is separated from the main cliff by about 10 feet.

There's a sheer drop of 200 feet between the cliff and the tower to the rocks below.
The last six deaths in the park have been drunken men from Ohio who were convinced they could make the jump.

Don't know if she was taking a selfie, but a few years back a girl in Arkansas got too close to the edge and fell from Whitaker Point in Buffalo National River Park. No one has ever survived the fall.
