I’ve lost 9 lbs since last Monday. Eat like shite but been running a lot. Weather has been nice.

I’ve found it much easier to eat better at home. I’ve also been smoking more pot which means more munchies.

If you must know my body fat % is around 18%. Going to be about 10% by the end of the summer

Looked at an olympic sized barbell, plates, hex bar etc, all gone at Academy, Rogue Fitness, Dicks, unless you want to wait until April 15th. By then things might be opened back up.

I actually eat a lot healthier and less calories when I’m home all the time vs going to restaurants.
