I don't believe the intelligence agencies track cell phone data real time. They would have to dig it out of their database and there would be a significant time dely. However I'm sure the cell providers can to it. Where the hell are they?

That bridge has the same rigs as the interior checkpoints on the southern border. Tag readers, facial recognition, scales, side scan. It, NOLA, and St. Louis are crazy secure. Vicksburg not so much.

Looks like they have him cornered. The lady he tried to carjack called Police immediately and gave out a description of the stolen car he was in. Sounds like Cops moved in on it pretty quickly.
