He was way over the top... but she should probably give a heads up to the neighbors before parking her car sideways blocking the street for a concert.
And a “listen, I’m new here and think I messed this one up” probably goes further than “I’m from here! Come hang out with us”
Yea, he got carried away, but as with most of these types of confrontations- neither side is looking great

He was a complete a-hole and escalated the shite out of the situation and she (and her people) were assholes for blocking the street without a permit or a heads up to other neighbors.

On a street grid like that all you have to do is go around one block. Notice no one who actually lived on the block was complaining.

Yup. And he’s way abrasive for my taste for sure.... but he’s a fixture on that block.
If you move into that neighborhood and have an all white block party and no black neighbors know what’s going on... and then you pull the “I’m from here, I just want to hang out with you...” most people will just walk away but it’s a pretty entitled move.
That no one knew him is a contextually interesting part of the story.
Again, that said, I’m not saying go nuclear on them over it.
