Depends on the jurisdiction. Some of the laws would even cover sharing with a few friends without consent. May not ever get to the authorities attention in that situation, but could still be illegal nevertheless.

Maybe so. But a world without being able to get nudes from your woman is a net loss if you ask me.
The world would be an even better place if people didn't betray their partner's trust. This way you could still get the nudes which is pretty freaking awesome when you are with someone.
