Exactly. My point isn’t the semantics of the definition of an arsenal. It’s the sensational headline when the guy had 3 guns that are legal to possess and likely didn’t have a NYE attack planned.

What's the context here? Is he traveling, moving, and didn't want this stuff in his vehicle? Anyone tried to figure out why he had this stuff?
