Man At Capitol Tasered Himself In Balls & Died?

This is on twitter so I don't know how true the tasered himself in the balls part is true.

It doesn't say anything about him tasering himself in the balls.
It sucks someone died... But yall have to admit, the idea of someone tasering themselves in the balls is pretty funny.
