Can't we just start locking these idiots up for awhile after their 3rd one?
I get one can be just a bad chance/mistake, two can maybe be thought of the same way. However, once you start getting 3 or more, there is a problem there.
And I don't mean just lock someone up with 5 dwi's for 6 months. Lock that bitch up for some years. He's putting others in great danger always driving fricked up.
But hey, you get caught with an ounce of weed and you're the devil and deserve distribution charges and 5 years in jail.

Surely he has done some serious time for the first 5 dwi right? I know someone who had 4 and had to do 5 years flat in prison.
