What if the crime was soft? That bread looked fresh.

Broken windows. If the bread was soft, he should have made it hurt if he was going to commit a felony.

I just suggested caning him as an alternative to years of working highway cleanup.

You think getting caned is soft? OK bad arse.

That would require thinking, and probably not a lot of thinking was involved along the way in the first place.

I didn’t read your whole post as I said. I never got to the cane part. Caning lets him keep his job.

Those officers are also carrying an extra 20-25lbs in body armor, pistol(s), & ammunition.

And him losing his job increases the likelihood that he'll be a repeat criminal for a worse offense.

If his boss wants to keep him IDGAF. If his boss wants to fire him IDGAF.

That's up to his place of work.

They would have just beat his arse and sent him home back in the day. Can’t do that now so they have to arrest and charge him.

I don’t disagree, but remember I’m pro death penalty for many things.

So we as tax payers should pay to house and feed someone for …..this?

Is that your stance because it was a sandwich?

Should you be permitted to throw certain things at people?

This is an easily avoidable situation.

Don’t throw a sandwich at police officers.

The problem isn’t the law. It is the retard in pink.

It’s assault, period. But the punishment will be well beyond reason because it’s a federal officer and not a regular citizen he assaulted…with a sandwich

If they assaulted a police officer they deserve to be in prison. If they were just there, sky screaming, no, they didn’t deserve prison.

That was easy
