I doubt its just as many as white people, but there are probably more than you would expect. That was the case when I went to the Las Vegas rodeo.. And when I say more than expected, at most black people were about 10% of the people who attended, but being in Texas it wouldn't surprise me if it was just over 10%.

But, But, But... It wasn;t a mass shooting.. It was gang violence... That doesn't count.

Still no shootings at Texas events.

That's because your crazies drive to Louisiana to pull off their terrorist attacks.
New Years attacker was Texan
and
Gavin Long, graduate of Central Texas College, ambushed cops in Baton Rouge

You're talking Mamou Police Department here. So, don't hold your breath.

Meanwhile, no shootings at the Houston Rodeo. Wonder what the difference is???

It's so commercialized and confined to one place. Mardi Gras is several weeks long all over the state and all over every city. Kinda hard to confine and control everywhere at one time.

If I was a taxpayer in Louisiana this wouldn’t be a valid excuse.

I haven’t seen an update since last night at 10:30pm . Hopefully I just haven’t found it. There’s no reason there hasn’t been one

Shootings have been expected at all Louisiana parades for the last 20 years… ain’t no way around this

I look at Mardi Gras like the Spainards look at the Running of the Bulls.
