Seventh Ward. There are gentrifying hipster women there who will moon you.

Well lucky for you, you don’t actually need to set foot in OP. Welcome to Jefferson Parish. Actually Elmwood area has plenty of decent apartment complexes.

The bullet proof helmet you’ll need will protect you from Covid better than the stupid arse masks they’ll want you to wear.

Well you do have to realize, most of the people who post here have only been to Bourbon St. and the quarter, but they think everything within 20 miles is all the same.

Stay out of Orleans parish, especially if you have kids or plan on having any. The city is in a downward spiral and I don't see any end in sight. Harahan in general is good along with River Ridge except for the area close to Kenner where they have some ghetto arse apartments. As far as Metairie goes, Old Metairie, Bucktown, Metairie/Whitney Heights and Pontchartrain Shores are your best areas.

The Ochsner fitness center in the Elmwood area is pretty nice, if memory serves. Nice pool area, modern equipment.
Although I haven’t set foot in that place since before Katrina so who knows really.

Step 1 is buy an AR. Step 2 is buy another one.

I’ll second Harahan/River Ridge.

But seriously, metairie bucktown bonnabel area or harrahan. If you are single you are close enough to the city to Uber for slutes.

I second St Charles Parish. Good luck finding though. High demand.

You can live in Orleans, especially around Carrollton and easily commute to Elmwood via Earhart.

Did you not read his post? His work is in Harrahan. Depending on where he lives, he never has to set foot in New Orleans.
