It pisses me off when the POS developers clear out those causeway approach areas for yet another fricking building. I never give business to those new places and instead favor places like Aquistipace’s that utilized the many, many existing vacant commercial locations.

Which Approach are you referring to? And most of the developments that have occurred along both approaches are usually office parks/buildings. They are usually attractive buildings, well landscaped, and well maintained properties (typical of most mandeville developments). Hope you're not one of those Old Mandeveille types who throws a fit whenever someone decides to build a damn dog house

Mandeville killed itself when they allowed the apartment complexes. The northshore should stop any development below 300k/house

Do you have a way of spotting the apartment dwellers while on HOA patrol?

The complex behind Speedway Printing had a bunch of units charred to a crisp around noon.

Firefighters probably had a blast putting out that fire instead of responding to the nursing home all day.

Everybody always crying about “we want Trader Joe’s” or “service at the such and such restaurant was terrible they need more staff.” Where’ are the people that work in those places supposed to live?”

They are building it up way way faster than they are taking a look at roads and the ability for traffic to flow

Not much that can be done at this point. Efforts should now be focused on walling off Covington.
