Actually, she has become remarkably normal socially. I did have concerns because her childhood was abnormally surreal, as she basically had no peers her age, but that began to change by grad school when others closer to her age had matured into intelligent adults.
She does have a repetitive routine of locking and double-checking doors, but not nearly at the level of a true neurosis. I don't mind the latter at all, as one of my greatest fears has always been for her safety as an attractive young woman.

Agree 100%. If something happened to my husband, I doubt I’d have much patience for dating with 3 kids at home. I thought you might have been a younger guy just giving up.
