That area could have some issues tonight. That line of storms is nearly stalled and training off the Gulf.

Ijust don't see where all this rain is a on any radar where its coming from the gulf.. Unless its gonna develops overnight.....

can you really not see the train of storms running over the middle and eastern parts of Livingston parish?

I live south of Juban by Walker south and it's been off and and storming since noon. Even when it slows down it's still sprinkling outside

ETA: I see you are talking about the rain for tomorrow nvm

The next batch of big rain is way down in the gulf. You're not going to see it yet. Should blow up over us during the overnight and into the morning.

I heard that the dam broke earlier today, but then later saw something that a local police juror posted that said it appears that it is still in tact for the time being---- I do know the road it's on is totally inaccessible by anybody right now though

225, you can probably still make it on i-20 east to i-55. I drove 60mph bc i am scared of hydroplaning.

Looks like things have slowly shifted east as far as the "training" is concerned. Hopefully that trend continues for NOLA. This is run out to 9AM EST Friday morning.
