Jesus, why do people not read articles anymore? This is social media's fault. The reason why fake news is a thing.
He heard his package hit the door so he went outside and caught her throwing the neighbor's package.
Also about confronting her.
I caught my mail lady lying about trying to deliver a package.(caught on camera not knockung, yet put a "sorry we misssed you" card in my box) I wanted to go complain, but my dad talked me out of it. He said "Newman wasn't lying when he said not to piss off your mail carrier" he went to talk to postmaster for me.

When I ship something for an ebay sale I think about whether I could throw it against a brick wall it be alright. If not then I need to do some more packaging. Granted if its marked as a tv or something fragile like that then of course they should exercise some care. But 95% of things can be thrown and it doesn't affect them one bit.

You are not alone, anyone that ships something by any of the carriers, and does not pack it with the assumptions that what is shown in this video is standard practice is a fool.
