I was the foreman on a somewhat high profile rape case in Georgia involving 2 people from John Foy law firm. It didn’t involve a death either. That was about 2 years and a few months after the incident. They arrested the guy a week after the rape
Doesn’t seem too long considering all the circumstances around the incident in this case, including the death of the victim that night

Hopefully women start teaching their daughters that keeping this one thing to yourself and not giving it to every moron walking around creates a lot of value. When you dont you become less valuable and therefore less newsworthy and less of an obligation for law enforcement.

From what I’ve read and heard, I doubt she was raped at all. Unless begging for dick and calling the one guy in the car a fig for not joining in the backseat gangbang is considered raped.

I agree a trial will not be good for the family based on what's been put out there assuming those things are true.

Genuine question, is it considered rape if the girl is a willing participant, but drunk?
What if both parties are drunk?
Is it the responsibility of one to quantify "how drunk" the other is?

the fact that she was so inebriated that minutes later she was standing in the middle of a road getting hit by a car in the rain. what the frick are you confused about.
