Nah but I thought it was pretty cool compared to having traditional cheerleaders. The Midnight Yell practices were awesome.

Dude…. Calm down….. you are just running your mouth with little to no proof. STFU or leave the thread.

Someone in her family ought to beat their asses. Nothing she did before running into these scumbags changes what they did.

Is there a concise list of what each guy was charged with? I see a lot related to the rape but not related to her death. Rape aside, if these guys hadn’t offered her a ride and transported her to the place of her death, she wouldn’t have died. 4 guys offer drunk girl ride home, she ends up dead in a ditch.

Sure there is. I can tell you she would not have ended up dead when and where she did. The fact she “could” have died another way if they hadn’t picked her up doesn’t change the fact that she did die because they picked her up.
A reasonable and prudent person offers a woman a ride. She forgets her address so what does he do? Does he let her out on a dark, busy, divided highway or somewhere safer (which includes anywhere else.) These guys didn’t do that, probably because they knew how it would look. Semi-conscious, disheveled, probably unable to walk properly due to the anal trauma. The decisions these guys made led directly to her death. Yeah, she could have been hit by a meteor and died. But she didn’t.

change the fact that she did die because they picked her up.
She died because of a list of reasons, but most importantly, the biggest caveat in her death was her intoxication
The men need to be charged with rape. They need to be punished. Their own words prove they new what they were doing. But your statements are just out there

The whole reason this is big news is that she ended up dead. She ended up dead because she accepted “help” from 4 of Walker’s finest. The help they gave her led to her death.

If the walker guys didn’t exist Brooks would have been extremely intoxicated and still needed a way to get home because she wouldn’t have been able to do so herself.
The walker boys are responsible for her rape. Pinning the death on them wouldn’t stick for me unless other evidence comes out we are unaware of

Even if she found another way home, what is a worse ride than one that ends with you anally raped and dead?

They didn’t kill her though. They dropped her off. And she was so Intoxicated she stood in the middle of the street.
They raped her. Her intoxication and actions led to her death

If we're being technical, I don't think the alleged rapists did, either.

And the action of getting out of their vehicle didn’t kill her
What killed her was standing in the middle of the street and getting hit by a car
If an Uber driver dropped her off, didn’t rape her, would you still want them charged with her death?
The rape and death are separate manners entirely
