This case IS proof and backs up what I said.

To me, it seems the guys who “had sex” would be guilty of third degree rape, because of her impairment (that’s one of the definitions written into the law.) Proof of her impairment exists because the dumbasses took video of her slurring in the car. The driver would be guilty of reckless endangerment, because if he had not transported her to the place she was killed, she would not have died. Her impairment may also factor but i’m not a lawyer. The adult guy in the front seat may have been guilty of contributing to the delinquency of minors but i haven’t looked up those laws. At minimum, those guys are guilty of those things. Plus i know they have all kinds of “accessory” charges which idk if i agree with, but those guys all knew what was going on and did nothing to stop it.
