I was reading a book about 17th century warfare. And there was this guy. He was a rake. His army looted a city and all his buddies stole gold and silver and goblets, etc. this dude Only took a luxury feather mattress. He lugged it all around Europe on campaign. He obviously became legendary.

I don’t actually steal them. I dispose them.

It’s just much better for everyone if they are reported as stolen.
