I get why they would lurk. Posting is like professional ball and I know all my lurking fans are watching me and cheering and upvoting

I lurked for a longer period than I've had an account. I used it for the collection of news stories from all over the southeast. like a local drudge report. I'd hear of breaking news here before any tv or radio broadcast. I have lots of friends who lurk as well......or at least I think they do; I suppose they could have an account and just not tell anyone.

I’m the complete opposite of a lurker. I made an account the day I heard about TD and had no idea how much this site was going to be a part of the next 16 years of my life. I jumped in the pool not knowing the water was wet.
