It is scary....but the areas and times he is shooting people I would never be near there so it's not too scary.
He is shooting people in residential neighborhoods in very low income areas late at night. I pay more attention on my commute to work but my work isn't near any of the shootings(so far). Plus...I'm getting to work at like 6:30 pm and leaving at 7:30 am...so not during his "hunting" times.

I worked at OLOL during d todd lee days. We walked to our cars together every morning. I remember us freaking out if we saw any white pickup trucks parked in the OLOL parking garage. Many of us carried pepper spray (even though we were not supposed to). I one time requested security to walk me to my car(had worked a different shift and got off work at 11 pm).....a 7 month pregnant tiny black security guard walked to meet me to "escort" me to my car....and she was only armed with pepper spray and a radio. I felt like I needed to protect her.

i had a white truck back then. i always had the uncomfortable feeling that i was person of interest. i even handed out the results of my swab test to random chicks to put them at ease.
