Too bad you aren’t eating my leftovers. Made a fried turkey that was the tits. Moist and flavorful. Skin crispy, meat juicy.

This is what I had. Being serious for a second, it was probably one of the better ones I had in awhile. It juicy, but not the juiciest I had.

When you get a good fried turkey, it makes you realize that not just anyone can do a good job frying a turkey.

Looks effortless to me. Like Mickey Mantle stroking one left-handed. (Hitting a home run)

Good job. I just had to two small packs of spicy peanuts and a beer.

No question. Within the week before Christmas, we usually have 4 different family/friend gatherings.. The one on Christmas day we always have fried turkey, the other 3 it varies.. This year one of them had baked turkey. And I don't know if I am just use to fried turkey (because that's what we also have for Thanksgiving) or that they just didn't do a good job (maybe both), it was disappointing

But I have an uncle who does the ham for Christmas and he fries it in coke (the drink, not blow) and then puts brown sugar on it.. That is some good stuff as well..

No kidding, if he had gone to Rice University he probably would have spelled it 'inn'.
