And yes, lots of Sicilians migrated to that area. Paisan is a friendly Italian greeting meaning brother or fellow countrymen.
My TD username should give you a hint who they are.
Never found Italian anywhere that compares to my grandma's cooking using veggies from my grandpa's victory garden. She cannot physically cook as well as she used to but my grandpa does a great job as sous chef and everything still comes out perfectly.

I said this in that thread. After Martrain got kicked out, he married and the lady had kids, his step kids. One was a basketball player.
I remember sitting in the old Woodlawn gym watching a game, and there was this obnoxious bald frick terrorizing and heckling the refs. I mean, screaming, approaching the court, arguing with the Woodlawn fans. It got so out of hand that he got kicked out of the gym, escorted out by deputies.
Walked past me and I lol'd, it was Nick Martrain. Lots of anger he, he had.

There is a famous horse trainer who hates saddles that look too new. Apparently he would prefer someone to give them a good soaking then throw in the sun to dry a few times.
Conditioning in between, of course.

Early for what?
Joe - Yes. When their relationship went toxic, the flare ups that follow still cast a pall on threads they are in. Such under the surface sexual tension.
