Good afternoon gang. 
Caesar salad and water.
Time to adjust my poor eating habits over the next couple of weeks and try to get my BMI down to 30-31.
35 is just too high. But it could be worse!

Looks like a good sammie ya got there t00f.
Add a mayo layer with a few shakes of Crystal and it would even better.
Maybe a pool of ketchup on the side to dip in before every bite.
And of course, a few more of those Velveeta slices!
And paired with so tallboy PBR with a lime.
