lunch = pasta + fish + eggplant + tomalito + spices all cooked together in the same pot. Made enough for lunch and dinner.

I did not feel like cooking tonight so I decided this morning I would just go order something good for dinner. I was just going to place a togo order at Logan's, walk-ons, or somewhere non bird. I decided late, no. I just went through Wendy's got a No. 1 single with unsweet tea and a plain baked potato. I got home, didn't even want the burger, so I cut it in half, gave it to the monsters, and just had a potato with butter, salt, and fresh ground pepper.

That's how I like my baked potatoes on the rare occasion I have one. I'm thinking about heating up a leftover spare rib. It's about a week old but it should still be good.
