7 minutes. I had a feeling I’d be going back in. I’ve never been sent home in an emergency before so I feel better for my job that they wanted me to go back.

Hell, I also want a rate cut, if for no other reason than what it'd do for my portfolio. I'm just not sure rate cuts are what's good for the future of the economy. I certainly don't envy the people having to make those decisions.

I do not spatchcock my turkey.
That said, I'm not even doing a whole turkey this year and I'm kind of bummed. Just a turkey breast since we aren't hosting near as many people as usual. I enjoy smoking a turkey every year.
