Howdy skil, I like shrimp, and I like rice, the coconuts is just a bonus.
As the old guy, coconut water from Costco is becoming my go to over zero sugar Powerade for hydration. No leg cramps so far and tastes way better than cold pickle juice.

Had a business lunch scheduled today which this morning was postponed to tomorrow.
So instead, took my daughter to Kosher Cajun in Metairie-- matzo ball soup and a "J&N Special" sandwich (loads of pastrami and corned beef on rye with mustard and red cabbage slaw).
YUM.
