Apparently a major trigger for histamine intolerance is leftovers. Guess who was just diagnosed with histamine intolerance?

Lunch is leftover stuffed bell pepper casserole.

I never heard of that.

I had leftover salmon and pasta.

So if you give up leftovers, you get histamine tolerance? HMMMMM

I wonder if that’s a good thing?

And who adds the histamine during the night?

3 martini lunch. Happy Mardi Day.

Or is it Gras Day? No idea.

I wonder, is it the leftovers, or what the microwave does to the leftovers?

Leftover gumbo, from Sunday. The rest is going in the freezer.

I don't use the microwave to reheat.
I can technically have leftovers I just have to freeze/defrost/reheat quickly.
BF - I wish I knew because they add them to my whole life.

Spent the last 4.5 hours doing baseball rankings.

My brain is officially fried until tomorrow.

Leftovers. Made teriyaki marinated chicken kababs on the grill with pineapple, onions, and peppers. Served over a lightly fried veggie rice.

Chopped it all up today and mixed it together. Yum.

At my age and history, it doesn't take much to empty the tank some days.

They were really good! I found a teriyaki sauce I had never tried before and ended up pounding out and marinating the chicken at 10AM on Sunday until 8PM last night, so it soaked up a lot of the flavor.

I haven't ironed anything in ages. I just throw it in the dryer or take it to the cleaners if necessary.

Lunch is leftover shrimp fetuccini alfredo.

Leftover roasted chicken sandwich w/ a side of Benadryl. Those histamines don't stand a chance.
