It’s actually a medical emergency.

And the look on ole baws face when the dr explains the procedure to correct the problem is hilarious.

Ole baws thought they were the shite until those 10ga needles came out…

Naked wings with some chili crisp.
RTFW x40 oz

Peanut butter and honey sandwiches with fresh honey after checking the bee boxes with my grandad. Gmaw would run the honey with peanut butter she made in the stand mixer until it was the consistency of whipped butter and then add some sliced fresh fruit (whatever was in season) from their fruit trees/bushes on the sandwich. Everything but the bread came from their homestead even though gmaw made that the flour and yeast was something she bought at the store. It was the absolute best, mainly because lunch meant it was almost time to wrap up the chores and go hunting/fishing/swimming depending on the season.

Nurse 1:03
Very nice.

I was going to put in a 10k to run in solidarity with you guys, but we spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the lovely weather, and my da did not bring any allegra, and also forgot evergreen pollen whips my arse. I was in no shape to run more than a couple miles Saturday morning with my red eyes and inflammed sinuses.

That sounds delightful AS.

My mawmaw and pawpaw's farm and camp is why I love leftovers. She wasn't going to the store very often but could reheat all the deliciousness she made.

My mother was a terrible cook but everything she made was with love. She used to make me Campbells chicken and stars when I was sick.

That’s ok. You can just join in by talking about a time you ran 12 years ago

Same. Mine went to the store for pantry items and frozen pizzas and pork. Beef, lamb, venison, fish, and poultry were grown or bought from neighboring farms. All the fruits and veggies were homegrown, or bartered from neighbors. My summers involved a bike with a wagon behind it with watermelons, a cane pole, a coffee can with earth or catalpa worms, and a jug with water from the well behind the barn. Me and that bike would hit both their ponds and a couple of the neighbors ponds that let me fish them. Just had to watch if they saw me leaving because I might end up having to take a couple bushels of peas or corn with me to the neighbors and that cut down on how many watermelons I could take with me.

Thanks. My goal was a 10:30 mm pace and I beat that so I was very pleased with my run.

I hate that you have to deal with allergies. I’ve never been bothered by them.

ga mfMS

And 08, no- the pts aren’t sedated for the procedure. A little bit of local anesthesia is all they get.

Is it the new lab-grown bacon from Aldi? Yum!

I'm having a salad, Aspy is my lunch inspiration today.
Growing up my fave lunches were at Catholic school.

I heard a rumor that a slim blonde woman beat an old fat Italian wop at the CCC race Saturday. Imagine the odds!
