Im talking about kids thats like 4, 5.... 6 years old who have shite parents who are drug addicts and don't have enough to give their kids a decent meal because they spend all the money to feed their addiction.. Those type of situations.

I remember there was this old women who used to own a "pet store", but she just sold birds and fish. She smoked a lot and the water in the fish tanks used to always be a little brownish. She did the whole ping pong fish thing at the annual fair.. One time I won and that damn fish was dead by the time I got home.
Evidently that was her reputation at the fair.. The fish people won would never live long and I remember people saying that she would only bring the old fish she couldn't sell to the fair.
