WOULD have been a triple crown winner. Biggest payout I've had at the derby. Was totally bred for the mile and a half.

Damn, I don't know many triple crown winners.. The last one to win it before American Pharoah did so the year I was born... Affirmed..
I know Secretariat, but I think just about everyone has heard of him. Was one named Assault? Then War Admiral... And for whatever reason the name Omaha has always stuck with me. Maybe because I connected to LSU baseball playing in the CWS.

ACTUALLY,
The balls were changed before this season.
Minute Maid Park's short left/right field are very advantageous for hitters. The gaps and center are not.
Dodger Stadium is known as a pitcher's park. The heat and atmosphere in games 1&2 helped the ball carry more than usual.
