I think both. But the airport is allowing WAY more flights than they can actually accommodate. Both ways we were stuck on the plane for a long time waiting for a spot to unload... and then ended up just getting dumped off on the tarmac and entering the airport through scary grody back doors.
Single use items like water bottles. Just bring your own reusable water bottle, sheesh.
