normally incarcerated pts are vv polite and kind.
this dude had been in solitary "for doing something vv bad to his previous cell-mate" per the prison guards at bedside.
Dude was in 4 point restraints and still tried to bite me. then he started spitting - and he is Hep C +- so his punk arse got sedated all to hell with quickness.
It was an ongoing battle of keeping him sedated well enough to take care of him and not so much that it knocked out his respiratory drive.
