I have to strongly disagree. Low and slow in the oven adds no smoke flavor. Low and slow on the grill, using some type of wood for the smoking (hickory, apple, cherry, etc.) I do mine at 225 degrees and they won't dry out that low, but will get tender, and maintain a crust on the outside.
