I don't mean it dirty. I'm serious when I say I love meat. I don't know what it is. If you believe in that whole eating for your blood type thing, I'm O-Negative and we are meat eaters.

I quit giving blood a long time ago though because one of the last times I gave it the lady stuck me in the arm and turned and the tubing got caught in her gut and it ripped the needle out and blood started spewing out of my arm and freaked me out.

I learned long ago that this is the best method when you know people who cook as well as you do. I have a couple friends who I ALWAYS say should cook.
