Pickleball has no appeal to me. Hitting a whiffle ball with an oversized ping pong paddle just doesn't sound like too much fun.

From what I've observed it tends to attract some very unathletic people.

I used to play competitive tennis at a pretty high level until injury curtailed that activity. So I guess I'm some sort of a snob.

the game itself doesn't seem to lend itself to requiring a whole lot of athleticism. but never mind that shite, there's a couple of courts near where I live that are always full of young, in shape, cute women playing, that's close enough for me
