It's about eating healthier, developing good habits and learning the right foods to eat. My family was never really healthy growing up so I never learned how to eat correctly.
I was in shape throughout HS and college. Once I started working it was a natural progression to flabby.
So I'm trying to develop and start from scratch. 10 pounds by eating better and not doing a damn thing in the weight room is a good first step. I'll probably mix more cardio starting this weekend.

I never said I dislike you, I've never met you.
You just get a little needy for attentions sometimes and it's annoying. But I know I annoy certain posters as well, so my opinion really doesn't matter.
