Yes, I took classes in 2002 and I gained full control of getting my body to sleep and "floating" out of it.

Where did you take classes? Do they still offer classes?

I'll have to look up some places I can buy it as chemistry was never really my thing, lol.

There are open places that function as bazaars if you are so inclined.

I realize I'm dreaming quite often. Usually I just wake up. Sometimes I can control what going on and I usually take off flying over my dreamscape which is cool.

Sometimes though its not cool at all. I end up getting caught in between conscious and unconscious and experience sleep paralysis which really sucks and causes all sorts of weird auditory and visual hallucinations. On very rare occasions during sleep paralysis episodes I can control the whats happening and have what many describe as an out of body experience/dream. I dont know what it is but it sure feels like being sling shot out of your body into the space above your bed and just float there.
I think lucid dreaming, OBEs, sleep paralysis are all related as far as states of consciousness.

Very interesting. Yeah dreaming is one of the few things I derive a lot of pleasure out of so it's something I want to try to at least get good at.

I had read up on Lucid Dreaming a looooong time ago and seem to remember something about writing down your dreams the moment you wake up. I think it went along the lines that if you did that enough it would somehow train your brain into doing more Lucid Dreaming.

I could when I was younger. I would change the dream into something positive when something bad was going to happen. Example about to go off a cliff. I would just start flying stuff like that. I don't seem to dream much anymore. At least I can't remember them if I do.

f only I was in a dream, it would be much nicer than this. I would actually be with a woman that I loved and be intimate. I've never had sex and it destroys me a little bit more every day.

You’re lucid dream-typing. Wake up and get back to work.
