This alone will kill student tailgating on the parade grounds. Other groups will start moving in, the students will find somewhere else and nothing will have been solved.

Ironically this will set up a new avenue for hazing. As I'm sure the frats will have the pledges marking their territory on the PG from 6am-8am when they can set up.

F. King and Mari "I'm A Raging Bitch" Fuentes are fingering each other right now. They got wet as soon as they heard of that kid dying. They knew they could implement all the dumbass bullshite they had been trying to do for the past few years.

LSU"s entire Greek Life staff needs the boot, too. They've become an arm of the anti-Greek administration rather than an advocate and mediator. They're beyond useless.

You don’t actually think king was excited when he heard a student die, right?

No, but you'll never be able to convince me that as soon as the dust began to settle, LSU's administration didn't see this as a tragedy they could seize in order to implement their bullshite policies. It's been like this since I was in school.

I'd love for someone to explain to me how tailgating has anything to do with this kid's death. They immediately went for the tailgating rules, and it's blatantly obvious this gave them an excuse to do so.

I'm willing to bet legacies and alumni were ready to pull their TAF dollars.

I think this is far from over. With the pissed off alumni and parents, there is bound to be a lawsuit heading for F. King and Angela Guillory's desk. So much money has been lost and with even WAFB taking shots at the legality of LSU's suspension, I feel as if something is definitely brewing. I'd love to see those two retards stuck in a courtroom answering for their bullshite.

They likely only reinstated some activities after everyone in the local media and social media has been handing them their arse and they were feeling the heat.

Fuentes wants to do even more too. She wants alcohol completely banned from tailgates as well.

I'll beat off to the sight of F. King in a courtroom, getting his dumb arse handed to him.

I sincerely hope this guy goes through with his promises. The problem I see is that there are too many vaginas out there that are totally cool giving LSU free reign over their rights in order to appear sympathetic to the outrage police. I'd be shocked if he finds anyone with the balls to go toe-to-toe with LSU just due to the liberals and women throwing a fit over the optics of it.

Am I upset a kid died? Yes.

Did I know him? No.

Did any fraternity or sorority other than Phi Delt frick up? No.

Let the Greeks have their fun. They're being punished solely because of who they choose to associate themselves with. That is so wrong.

The fact that LSU went straight for tailgate regulations when the kid died as a result of hazing in the chapter house tells me all I need to know. As I said above, this is what they've been waiting on for years. They are going to push through every bullshite policy they possibly can within the next few weeks.

Sue the frick out of them, Paul.

I support the Greeks, but this guy is probably not who you want out front leading the charge, considering he's had his law license suspended.

Yeah, um. Oooppss. I did think that "former practicing lawyer" line was odd.

quote:

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) commenced an investigation into allegations that respondent neglected a legal matter, failed to communicate with a client, and was convicted of telephone harassment and disturbing the peace arising out of an incident of domestic violence. Prior to the filing of formal charges, respondent and the ODC submitted a joint petition for consent discipline. Having reviewed the petition, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Consent Discipline be accepted and that L. Paul Hood, Jr., Louisiana Bar Roll number 17627, be suspended from the practice of law for three years, retroactive to the date of his interim suspension in In re: Hood, 05-2371 (La. 1/11/06), 918 So. 2d 452.1
