Sometimes I feel that it's kind of a shame our society has devolved to such a stringent set of rules. I've been tempted to do shite like sneak into areas of the Superdome where I'm clearly not meant to be after having one too many drinks.
Probably another thread for another time, but I 100% agree. Might be a bit of a shithead who will mature into a responsible adult, but he'll likely spend the rest of his life explaining a burglary rap (that reads like a prank) from when he was 18.

Yeah I just edited my post a bit because it's pretty clear that he stole somebody's personal cell phone.
In my scenario I was imagining that he stumbled upon some old janitor's closet in a quiet area of TS in the latter stages of the blowout and maybe pocketed a penalty flag or chin strap or something of little tangible value. More of a souvenir or something.
If he jacked cell phones and shite that's worthy of an arrest.
