LSU Sign I Saw In Old Pioneer Graveyard-Paradise Valley, MT

My parents, girlfriend, and I are staying at this air bnb in Paradise Valley, and this land was settled by a guy named Dave Shorthill from Pennsylvania in 1871. A graveyard was established sometime in the mid 1880s up on the hill from here that was previously a Crow Indian burial ground. Apparently this one of the oldest graveyards in Paradise Valley.
We walked up there earlier to check out the graveyard and I saw an LSU sign next to one of the gravestones. Thought some of you might find that interesting.

He enjoyed watching and attending LSU Tiger Football games, traveling in his motorhome, hunting, remodeling, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Sherri, his daughters Kari Burtch of Livingston, Ronda Burtch (Tim Bordelon) of Baton Rouge, LA and the light of his life, his granddaughter Breelyn Bordelon. He is also survived by his sister, Carolee Gillen of Fort Benton, MT; brother, Bill Burtch (Susan Kros) of Philadelphia, MS; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, Ronald.
