What would you sue them for?
Bro, do you even ACLU? Or 1st amendment much?
(Not to be confused with the thought that I condone racism. I dont. I’ll stop here)

Because it is FAR easier to destroy him than to go down that route.
Because destruction is easy. Building is hard.
There’s a reason he had those thoughts. Experiences.
They don’t often happen in a vacuum.
And those experiences will only be reinforced when attacked. Cause people to retreat and deepen their defenses.
Only when those prejudices are proven wrong, can we grow. Only when we realize on our own accord that the views we hold are not absolute, that the world is not black and white and that the grey is what will change our minds, then we can shed our past hate.
This current mindset of subjugation of dissident thought will only ensure future generations being more divided, at each other’s throats.
To teach them brotherhood is stronger, we must be willing to forgive.

If you saw the responses she was kinda egged on to do this. People telling her that he wasn't the only one. This just solidifies my belief that she got caught up in the praise she was getting.
An adult should know better than this and I don't accept that as a valid excuse

I’m not excusing her behavior. I just don’t think the intent was so political as it was virtue signaling based on her initial response and her second. I genuinely think she believed she was fighting racism for the lsu community to see. Doesn’t justify it.

I had a major spat with a Leftist professor at Ole Miss where she attempted to get me expelled. The bitch is still there too. It was Religion 101. My first test I counted off 15 fricking points for putting BC instead of BCE. From every test forward I labelled BC as “““BCE”””. It was war between me and that bitch professor and my first true encounter with an SJW.
When she introduced Judaism she started off the lesson “Next to African Americans, the Jews are the most heavily persecuted race in human history.” I let off a little snicker that she noticed and asked why I thought that was funny. I told her it was ridiculous since not only had the Jews also been enslaved, but look over how they were treated in Europe for centuries endings in the god damn Holocaust. Our loathing for each other reached a boiling point.
Then a few weeks later she asked us to draw a painting and tell her what it meant in religion. I half assed it to the extreme and drew a rainbow, and told her what the colors meant in Buddhism. The next class she tells me to remain behind. I remain behind.
“Well, OML, I hope you’ve enjoyed your time at Ole Miss, because you’re about to be expelled.”
“Yeah, sure. What for?”
“Well, you remember your most recent homework assignment? Well you don’t strike me as a Buddhist, so I’ve turned you over to the plagiarism office for not citing your source.”
“You know that’s not going to work, right?”
“Oh this university takes plagiarism very seriously. Enjoy your final week.“
So a week and a half later late on a Friday afternoon I have my preliminary hearing and it’s with a guy in likely his late 20s. He’s pissed to be there because he wants to be at the baseball game... and then he opens up the assignment I “plagiarized”... he starts flipping his shite.
“You mean to tell me I was dragged in here at 4:30 on a Friday for an arts and crafts project a 3 year old could do?!”
“Yep”
“What’s her name?”
“*I say her name*”
“Well I don’t care how serious the charge is at this point, I’m never taking any accusation she has again.”
He storms out of the room. Monday rolls around and I come into the classroom as obnoxiously as humanly possible.
“Hey Mrs. ____! Looks like I wasn’t expelled last week, so let’s do some learning today, why don’t we?”
Interrupted as much as humanly possible during that lesson. Got a D in the class in the end.

there should be a zero tolerance policy for hate speech
And let’s get this straight about hate speech. There is no such thing in the eyes of the first amendment.
LSU Leadership meets with Black Student Leaders
Law experts say several public universities have such language in student codes, but, since they are public schools, and therefore attached to the state government, any school rule is trumped by federal law, including the First Amendment.
Ken Levy, an LSU law professor, said if Dollar is denied admission, LSU could expect a First Amendment lawsuit. Jonathan Peters, a faculty member at the University of Georgia School of Law, said court cases, such as Papish v. Board of Curators (1973), have set precedent that Dollar could indeed win such a suit.
If Dollar is denied entry, it could set a precedent for infringement upon other types of speech assumed to be free under the law.

Going from a B to a D over not putting an E behind BC? That’s war. I don’t put up with bullies.

However, if she didn't have such authority, I believe she wouldn't have posted it. If not, I'm sure LSU will handle it.

I didn't see where she said that she would ruin their academic careers. From my recollection, she said she would keep a list of names and if she saw them enrolled in her class, she would drop them.
Were you born yesterday? I have a story from 2007 on an SJW professor trying to expel me for drawing a fricking rainbow. And these twats have only gotten numerous and more powerful. No, these twats need to be called out by both the staff and the students. The fact that the staff and students have allowed themselves to get bullied by these fascist cunts have only enabled them. You don’t feed the crocodile hoping it will eat you last.

WAFB and WBRZ both wrote stories and neither included the conduct of this teacher. Only fair to tell both sides of the story.

Was this a person pretending to be a teacher perhaps? Either that or they’re brushing it under the rug.

IF she has the authority to drop him from HER class, and other students she sees on the internet being blatantly racist, then I don't see the problem.
Did you read my story at all? It’s not from the angle you think it is, you idiot.
