From what I read yesterday from BRPD's public information, she never filed a formal complaint. As a result, the ability to prosecute her for Criminal Mischief (filing a false police report) cannot occur.
LSU needs to take the lead on this under the code of Student Conduct.

I can understand some paranoia amongst older folk who actually experienced real racism. Even though countless mayors, judge, politicians, police chiefs, and oh yeah the president are black. But this new generation is pathetic in their search for oppression.
