They gave us a bottle of that beer they age in white wine barrels. Forgot the name of it but I couldn't drink a 6 pack of it but it was interesting to try for one.

The stories behind their beer names are cool. They have a banana beer named after this monkey that used to hang out in bars with their grandfather.

I liked that one that tasted kind of like bacon, it may have been the boucanee

Praying for a low calorie lager. In ten ounce cans or longnecks

Should have partnered with Parish, Great Raft or NOLA. Tin Roof is hot garbage.

TheCat, don't try to play it cool here. No way you tailgate while drinking Ghost and Pliny. You know you are throwing back light beers

Beer snobs won't admit it, but light beer has its place in the world

I probably have 2-3 good beers and switch to liquor.

Well good is relative, usually get Abita Amber kegs at tailgates.

There are several session PA/IPAs that land in that happy spot of quality and light enough to pound.

All Day all day.

Disagree 100%. I love IPAs. But if I have a bunch I get a terrible headache and feel like absolute arse the next day, no matter how heavy or light they are. And this is a common thing. The amount of hops causes almost an allergy in a lot of people

They actually help my seasonal allergies

But I understand the hangover portion. They have lager-ish IPAs. They just aren't common.

And it doesn't have to be an IPA, but anAmber or wheat beer or something flavorful.

Just please no relabeled bud light or colors light.

It does suck. I noticed it and asked around on beer boards and apparently it happens a decent amount. Consider it a curse

What will it taste like?

Corn dogs, crab boil and a hint of bourbon?

Make it an easy-drinking amber for football season. Call it Mike's Treatment.

I'd be fine with this for sure. Use as many Louisiana ingredients as possible.
