Correct. The old Atlanta Freaknic version of tailgating or more recently HBCU spring break at PCB. Enhancing communities through culture.

Traffic is horrible already. Blocking off another street should help.

Restricting cars isn’t going to do it.

Heavy police presence, tough DA, and tough judges will.

Wishful thinking.

It would keep this type of activity down.
(not at LSU, but did see TikTok of someone doing the same last Saturday on Highland in the middle of campus)

They like to go up the hill starting at Cyprus Hall .. zipping up the hill toward the band building..empty out onto chimes at the infirmary…
Of course they are going the wrong way on a one way narrow street..

Darwin will eventually win ..

any idea what blocks of Highland would be shut down? Interested because my wife rented an Airbnb just off Highland for a wedding we have to attend in BR on the weekend of the WKU game.

There was a very large congregation in front of Pentagon in the past. I was wondering where they went.

Hmmm one of the tailgate canopy in the video of the highland/stadium is the same as the one that frequents the enchanted forest.. looks like found more old bbq pits..as they always leave at least one behind in the enchanted forest laying down broken.

It says the law enforcement will not tolerate explicit music blaring at tailgates.

what about 90,000 grown people screaming SUCK THAT TIGER D*CK B*TCH in the stadium all night?

Landry can easily get LSP down there if it moves just outside of campus and BRPD doesn't do anything.

LSP have state wide jurisdiction. Landry can send them anywhere he wants.

There is no reason a street through the middle of campus should be open to vehicle traffic. All it does it slows the progress of those with parking passes.

The YNs (young nurses) are probably gonna find a new spot. Probably will call it Floyd Field.
