Does anyone remember the name of the old guy with the big black cross that used to preach at students in front of the union? I'm trying to find some videos of him on YouTube, but I can't come up with anything. Used to be fun standing by him and listening to him argue/yell at people.

Brother Jed was a badass. He was super smart, too. He could give the jeerers back as good as thry got, but he would really engage with you if you were serious.

I don’t remember any of the preachers names but I remember David Duke at Free Speech Alley. That was always a shite show.

IIRC one of them as writtrn a memoir.
To show how different the reception was at different places, my sister was going to NLU at the same time I was at LSU. Their school newspapet had a picture of Brother Jed meeting the university president.
