Perhaps just enjoy your time in Madrid if you are visiting, instead of worrying about a Regional College Baseball game vs. Little Rock
FYI: Madrid literaly has a bar named "Baton Rouge", but its on the higher end side, I doubt they show games.
Your best bet is to find an American style sports bar but even then I kinda doubt it

Post on the Rant. They found me a place to watch the LSU game in Moscow. People are acting like they never need a little downtime during a vacation. The time difference is the killer.

they pretty much don't really give much of a shite about tourists in Madrid one way or the other. They are generally not one of the premiere tourist destinations, are one of the most populous cities in Europe and consider themselves very cosmopolitan.

Don't know about watching college baseball, they don't even show that at bars here. The game I think is on espn+ or sec network. You may need to watch on your own with a vpn.
